We were pleased to announce that as of Janurary 2026, Magika solutions are now officially joining LS Bilodeau.

Here is our game plan for the 2026 season:
– Existing functionnal systems will continue to be supported without interruption
– A technical support team is now in place to assist users. Fees apply for devices no longer under warranty (2 years after purchase).
– Service is becoming more structured, more stable, and more responsive
– A full system redesign is underway for the 2027 season — exciting improvements are coming, stay tuned!

If you are unable to resolve the issue, our remote technical support service can assist you. Billing is calculated by the minute.

How it works:

• Purchase a technical support hour bank
• You will receive an email within 24 business hours with a link to schedule an appointment
• Our team will remotely access your system to diagnose and resolve the issue

Good to know:

• Our team can perform remote updates and system resets. To do so, you must be able to connect your Master unit to a computer with internet access
• The hour bank is billed by the minute. Any unused time remains as credit on your account

Our online store uses Stripe, which supports all major credit cards. If you already have an estimate in hand, you can also make a payment through Desjardins by using the “bill payment” option and selecting “L.S. Bilodeau” as the recipient. Please enter your quote number followed by 00 as your reference number.

We offer free delivery to your nearest LS Bilodeau representative. If you need faster shipping, you can also choose transport options such as Canada Post, Purolator, and others. Pickup is also available directly at one of our two facilities: Saint-Éphrem or Neuville.

Login to your Magika account, click on the profile icon in the top menu, select "Account", then select "Order History" from the side menu on the left.

Login to your account, click on the profile icon in the top menu, select "Account", then click the "Edit Profile" button and enter your new username.

Log in to your Magika account, click the arrow in the top-left corner, then select “Settings.” In the “Profile” tab, you can change your password.

You will be able to create a new password by clicking on the password reset link and then follow the instructions.

Check that the registered email address is correct in your account. Look into all email folders (spam, notification, ...). If you have not found the problem, please contact us.

Force a master reboot:
Unplug the master from the power source for at least 5 minutes. Plug it back in and check its connection in the interface.
If the problem persists, it’s possible the probe has been running all summer and its memory is full. You have two options:

• Remote support: connect your probe to a computer with internet access, purchase a remote technical support hour package, and book an appointment. We’ll perform a remote update and memory purge.
• In person: bring your master to our LS Bilodeau facilities in Saint-Éphrem or Neuville for a diagnostic by our technical team.

Common issues:

• Full memory (can be resolved remotely)
• Software update required (can be resolved remotely)
• Loose or damaged electronic components
• Water infiltration

STEP 1: Start by checking the battery levels using a multimeter:

• Small rechargeable battery: should read around 4V (4.2V = full charge)
• Large battery: minimum 3.4V. If it’s blue and has no “guitar pick” mark, it is not rechargeable and likely needs to be replaced

If you don’t have one, your LS Bilodeau representative likely has a multimeter on hand to run this test. If needed, replacement batteries are available in our online store and can be delivered to your representative.

NEXT STEPS:

• Try bringing the probe closer to the Master to see if the connection is restored
