Return Policy

At L.S. Bilodeau inc., products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return conditions
The product must be new, unused, and not installed, and must be returned in its original condition. A return authorization must be obtained from L.S. Bilodeau inc. before sending the product back.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping, installation, or removal costs are not refundable.

Free drop-off
Products may also be returned free of charge by dropping them off at one of our factories:
- Saint-Éphrem, Québec
- Neuville, Québec

For maple equipment products, returns may also be made through your local L.S. Bilodeau representative.

Non-returnable products
Installed, used, custom-made, or damaged products are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Once the product has been returned and inspected, a refund or credit will be issued if the product meets the return conditions. Refunds are processed using the original payment method, when applicable.

Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
