A fast, efficient installation off the beaten path

Accompanied by François Vigneault, a cowboy who developed a unique technique, and Sébastien Boissonneault, LS Bilodeau representative, we discover how the simultaneous unrolling of carlon tubing and wire saves time, reduces fatigue, and reaches areas where machinery cannot go.

The horses pull the reels directly through the sugar bush, even through narrow passages only two to two and a half feet wide, making it easier to install the sap collection network without damaging the terrain or exhausting the crew.
