Get more use out of your 24x36 Gentleman Farmer evaporator after maple season with this steel cooking plate kit designed to replace the evaporator pans and turn your evaporator into a wood-fired cooking stove.
The kit includes one 24x12-inch plate with 2 removable stove rings for cooking with pots, pans and kettles, plus one solid 24x12-inch plate for grilling food directly on the hot surface.
The hot water pan is included. Installed at the rear of the evaporator, it completes the setup and keeps hot water within reach while you cook over a wood fire.
