Gentleman Farmer Evaporators (kits)

Wood-fired boilers for smaller maple farms

Equipment designed for small sugar bushes and small-scale maple syrup production. Available sizes include 24" x 36" for approximately 75 taps or less and 24" x 48" for approximately 75 to 120 taps.
Depending on the model, the evaporator may include a preheating pan, a 3-section stainless steel flat pan, food-grade argon welding and a galvanized steel firebox.
We also offer a complete selection of equipment for small maple operations, including spouts, buckets, covers, stainless steel sap tanks, sap collection accessories and equipment for turning maple sap into syrup.
