L’Extrem 2 – Fully automated combustion and high-level performance
The Extrem 2 maple sap boiler builds on the performance of the Extrem series with a fully automated fire control system.
Designed for maple producers seeking consistent results and ease of use, it maintains a stable, high temperature for fast and uniform evaporation.
With its complete gasification combustion system and intelligent electronic controls, the Extrem 2 ensures maximum heat in the firebox and minimal loss through the chimney. It provides optimal heat distribution, higher energy efficiency, and precise management of combustion parameters.

• Constant temperature through automatic fire modulation;
• Complete combustion – average evaporation rate of about 3.6 gal/ft² of pan surface;
• Advanced electronic control for automatic air intake and exhaust;
• Temperature indicators and clear digital display of all parameters;
• Wood loading indicator – reloading required approximately every 45 to 60 minutes;
• Fully insulated for maximum thermal efficiency;

Electrical consumption: 10.3 amps at 240 V.
Simple to use – set the desired temperature and the system automatically adjusts the combustion.

The Extrem2 evaporateur is available in multiple sizes, from 2½' × 8' up to 6' × 16'.
