Rennet and starter cultures available for purchase
To complete your cheese-making experience, we can also supply rennet and starter cultures Pickup and return of the unit
The unit can be picked up as soon as the head office opens in Saint-Éphrem (281 Route 108E).
Return is scheduled for the following day around 8:00 AM.
For food safety reasons, the unit, although provided clean, must:

• be cleaned before use
• be returned in a very clean condition
