The Machine

Making Curded Cheddar

  • Required time to complete milk transformation: 4 to 5 hours ( Pasteurization - Curdling - Draining-Cooking - Finishing)

  • Enzymes and a coagulants are sold by L.S. Bilodeau, 5 kits for five cheese batches included.
